We celebrated Ellie's 2nd birthday with a Minnie Mouse party. Ellie loves Minnie! I meant to take way more pictures than I did, but it just didn't happen. We celebrated with pulled pork sandwiches, Mickey shaped cheese, chocolate dipped pretzels, pink punch, a bounce house, and a few of Ellie's favorite friends and family.
